Z Rapid SL600 is Z Rapid's flag ship.With its 240 Liter vat it can produce prats up to 600mm*600mm*400mm. Similar to all Z Rapid's machines this system is also build parameter modifiable and accommdating in terms of resin brand.
IMPORTANT:
1.Any Resin
The ability to run generic materials is a huge advantage of the SL200 machines.Topping up the vat is as simple as taking a jug of resin and pouring it to the level indicated on the screen.
Running different materials is not a issue.The vat can be exchanged and the parameters can be easily recalled.
2.Rock Solid
All of our SLA machines are very heavy.Why?
Because the vat sits in a solid granite frame.This block of rock is precison ground to allow prefect leveling on your floor as well as to accommodate perpendicularity of all drives.However the main reason behind this heavy rock is the stability of the resin surface.Therefore,if you run some vibrating equipment in your shop you are OK.This will not creat any waves on the resin surface.The parts will come out smooth,just like they were printed during your summer shut-down.
3.The art of crosshatching
The hatching pattern of the laser beam is not just a straight line.It is a 5kHz zigzag mapping the surface in random direction a layer at the time.This technique allows to provide stronger UV exposure to the resin in a short period of time.
